What we do:

Our mission is to locate and purchase quality investment properties. Our main focus is on single family, duplex and four plex buildings. We then manage and maintain those properties with a level of efficiency and excellence that promotes a win-win relationship for both owner and tenant.

We Buy Homes:

Do you have a property you want to sell? Maybe you don't know how to repair it or don't want to. Maybe you are moving and don’t have time to wait or maybe you just need cash and need it fast. We match your properties with the needs of our members in mind.

We do this by finding out what a particular member wants and then connecting them with the properties that best meets their tastes and styles, leaving all the selling and paperwork to the parties involved. You can choose to work with your attorney or real estate agent or we can suggest one of ours.

Quality Properties for Rent:

We offer rentals directly for our owners. Leases can be as short as one month or as long as a decade. Best of all our rentals are available in many price ranges. Some locations accept Section 8.

Everyday, we accept applications and check your needs against the availability of the locations of our members properties. You can check the available rentals (just click here)then just give us a call to set up an appointment to view the property you want.
